Marin SAT Prep Summer Course

Summer is the ideal time to study for the PSAT & SAT. Whether you are a rising Junior taking the PSAT in the Fall or a rising Senior looking to improve on your previous SAT scores, Marin SAT Prep’s comprehensive, 12-lesson Summer course provides thorough training in all of the strategies and skills you need to succeed.

Classes are taught by Marin SAT Prep founder Adam Piacente. A highly experienced SAT tutor and author of his own SAT text book, SAT Unlocked, Adam’s uniquely effective SAT training program has helped hundreds of Marin County students achieve significantly higher scores. In fact, Adam’s strategies and techniques have proven so successful that his materials were recently selected for the SAT volunteer tutor program at Brown University.

Classes meet daily, Monday through Thursday, for three consecutive weeks at the Marin SAT Prep classroom, conveniently located near N. San Pedro Rd. & Hwy 101 in central San Rafael.

Course dates (Mondays - Thursdays):

Jun 16 – July 3

or

July 7 – 24

or

July 28 – August 15.

Classes begin at 9:30 am and end at 11:00 am. In addition to each 1 ½ hour class, students have the option of completing homework during a one hour, guided study session immediately following each class.

Classes are taught in a special seminar format of approximately 6 students per class. The low student-teacher ratio assures personal attention to each student’s individual needs. Students may also supplement regular course lessons with private tutoring sessions if they wish.

The cost of Marin SAT Prep’s complete 3-week Summer SAT prep course, including all course materials, is $1200. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a slot. Remaining payment for the course is due in full prior to the first lesson.
